Tutorial: Ali per fatine / Wings for fairies (ooak)

Buongiorno a tutti !
Siccome non voglio rifare l'errore di lasciare il blog vuoto per troppo tempo, oggi posterò un tutorial molto semplice su come realizzare delle ali per le miniature.
La mia ultima miniatura, Phoebe, ha le ali fatte in questo modo.

Iniziamo con lo stampare delle ali di farfalla. Si trovano facilmente su internet.
Begin printing of butterfly wings. They are easily found on internet.

Ricordate che le ali devono essere due di ogni tipo, da avere fronte e retro. Ritagliarle come in foto.
Remember that the wings must be two of every kind, to have front and back. Crop them as in the picture.

Incollate i due lati uguali per avere fronte e retro delle ali, lasciando un margine aperto come in foto.
Paste the two equal sides for front and back wings, leaving a margin opened as in the picture.

Con del fil di ferro sottile, creare una struttura che servirà per attaccare le ali alla schiena della miniatura.
With the thin wire, creating a structure that will serve to attach the wings to the back of the sculpture.

Inserire i ferri nelle ali e sigillare con la colla. Passare uno strato di colla vinilica su entrambi i lati delle ali per renderle impermeabili e sigillate.
Insert the wire in the wings and seal with glue. Switch a layer of vinyl glue on both sides of the wings to make them waterproof and sealed.

Come tocco finale possiamo dare uno strato di smalto trasparente per rendere le nostre ali brillanti.
As a finishing touch we can give a coat of clear nail polish to make our brilliant wings.

Non resta che regalare le ali a una bella fatina 😊
